The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A new addition to the vineyard, Maison Bonnigal-Bodet is a promise of glorious times ahead! Jean-Baptiste Bonnigal, a disciple of François Chidaine, is the inspired creator of these elegant wines. In association with Stéphane Bodet, he forges fresh, intense and sapid wines that we just can’t resist.
Wine Beautifully mature, with no signs of aging, the 2022 white Sauvignon Blanc Touraine wine delights with its pure and precise aromas of fruits and florals, with light citrus notes. The fresh and pure palate is sapid, giving the sensation of crisp, tonic, and perfectly balanced flavors of fruit. A mastery that will pair beautifully with aperitifs, seafood, and goat's cheese. Not to be missed under any circumstances! Rated 92/100 by the Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation.
