Hand harvested. Vines aged from 19 to 49 years. Soils: clay and limestone. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months, then matured en masse in stainless-steel vats for around 6 months to homogenize, refine and enrich the wine. Bottling during a favorable lunar period. |
