The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Château Fleur Haut Gaussens is one of Bordeaux's must-have addresses. Hervé Lhuillier has done a remarkable job, producing a fruity, gourmet, elegant Bordeaux that exceeds all expectations.

An instinctive winemaker, always looking for the best soil-varietal match, he enhances this pure Cabernet Franc with his mastery and with the help of the excellent 2018 vintage. A haute couture wine from 2 duly selected hectares only, which speaks volumes of the quality of this grape variety and propels it to the top of its appellation.

A favorite of Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World 2000, and rated 94/100, this Bordeaux will definitely leave its mark. Discover it at once at a priviledged price !
Wine Perfectly mature, the 2018 Red Bordeaux Supérieur La Bergeronnette is a wine of incredible density and substance. The aromas of ripe and fresh fruits are elegant and beautiful, mingling with notes of graphite and blackcurrant in an abundantly complex framework. The palate is perfect, a silky, full and generous wine, with smooth tannins  and a texture of great integrity. What more can be said? A great bottle as Bordeaux knows how to make them, with an aging potential of 10 to 15 years.
Vinification Mechanical harvesting. Plot of 2 ha. 100% whole bunches. Fermentation of more than 25 days at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 5 months, 30% in new oak barrels of 500 liters. Production of 7 000 bottles.
