A pure Jacquère on limestone scree, the 2021 White Roc de Savoie Apremont is vinified without sulfur, with indigenous yeasts, and aged in vats and amphorae. The precise nose illustrates the beautiful limestone identity of its origin, in a crystalline expression of white and orchard fruits. The mineral structure continues this refined palate; it is a chiseled, sapid and fresh white wine faithful to its appellation, with real depth. Perfect with trout or pike, fried fish. Rated 93/100 by Olivier Poussier. |
