The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Graeme and Julie Bott's estate is undoubtedly one of the best success stories of recent years. If you have to bet on the next great rising star of the Rhone Valley, bet on this one! After a beginning on the benches of the Domaine Stéphane Ogier, Julie and Graeme made the crazy bet to launch their own production in 2016, with almost nothing, an almost impossible mission in Côte-Rôtie!

Their gamble paid off, as today they are one of the most closely watched estates in the area, revealing richly sculpted, generous and gourmet wines that are aged to perfection. These are the region’s future stars for sure!
Wine Pure Syrah from the famous terroir of Seyssuel, the 2019 Red Kamaka PGI Collines Rhodaniennes asserts a deep personality, combining strength and elegance. It is clearly a Syrah that plays in the big league, displaying ripe aromas of fruit, firm and present tannins, and a beautiful freshness. A great wine that outclasses its category and has nothing to envy to the most beautiful côtes-rôties. It should be kept for a long time.
Vinification Hand harvested, totally de-stemmed, cold maceration in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks, indigenous yeasts.
Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels.
