The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Ribeira Sacra, a trendy appellation, is celebrated for its fine wines as well as its reasonable prices. The Atlantic climate brings a maximum of freshness, and the heroic terraced cultivation offers some of Spain's most spectacular conditions!

A major testament to this bold Spanish success, Guimaro produces cuvées of unmatched precision. In the extreme climate of Galicia, the estate handcrafts wines that stand far from the powerful and caricatured profiles, always fresh and digestible.
Wine The 2020 red Ribeira Sacra Finca Meixeman, primarily made from the Mencia grape, offers magical freshness. With subtle balance, it unfolds a savory palate around floral notes, fresh herbs, and a slight woody touch that suits it well. The refined tannins and the overall elegance do not overshadow its Mediterranean dimension, offering a deliciously fragrant and already irresistible wine. Rated 94/100 by Parker.
Vinification Vines located between 350 and 450m altitude and around 70 years old. Hand-harvested. Traditional vinification. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
