The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Son of Vincent Girardin, Pierre Girardin crafts top-notch cuvées on his personal domain that showcase all the refinement of Burgundy. Whether in Meursault, Pommard, or Corton, his success is evident, with his wines expressing the utmost delicacy, infused with a style never overly influenced by aging.

We were among the first to recognize his talent and establish strong relationships; Olivier Poussier already sees him as a great winemaker and readily compares him to Jean-Marie Guffens...
Wine Born from an elite terroir on the highest parcel of the cru, just above Les Genevrières, the 2022 white Meursault Les Narvaux offers the epitome of the appellation in a fine and radiant definition. Its soil of white marls, steep and rocky, low in clays, enhances its crystalline and taut aspect; aging in 85% new barrels maintains its freshness in a superb persistence, with a framework of great presence, fresh and mineral. A beautiful bottle to be reserved for a fine fish dish cooked in three or four years.
Vinification Hand-harvested, vinified and aged in 456-litre barrels for 12 months, 85% of which are new, then in stainless-steel vats for 7 months.
