Damien Delecheneau is a passionate winegrower who makes artistic wines, in biodynamic methods, which appeal by their finesse of execution. The wines are of great precision and naturalness, and are a great bargain for the region. A real treat! The 2021 Red Touraine Ad Libitum is a perfect combination of Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Côt, with abundant cherry, black fruit and graphite aromas. Hand harvested. Made from the estate's own vineyards and from grapes purchased from their partners, maceration and fermentation in concrete vats for 10 to 12 days, aged in concrete vats for 4 to 5 months, lightly filtered on earth before bottling. Ad Libitum' means true gourmandise, at will! |
