The tasting
Color Bright ruby red, beautiful intensity.
Nose It is a tasty combination formed by the gamay, the cabernet franc and the côt grape variety. This trio of abundant fruits offers a united aromatic where the cherry which reminds the gamay, the fine graphist of the cabernet and the black fruit of the malbec (côt) are mixed together.
Palate Fresh and fine on a sparkling palate, this wine with delicate tannins reveals all its aromatic complexity.

Wine A real treat! The 2021 Red Touraine Ad Libitum is a perfect combination of Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Côt, with abundant cherry, black fruit and graphite aromas. Sober, with delicate tannins, this sparkling palate stretches out with freshness and finesse. A red wine to be enjoyed over 3 years with a country terrine. A Selection Committee Favorite rated 93/100.
Vinification Hand harvested. Made from the estate's own vineyards and from grapes purchased from their partners, maceration and fermentation in concrete vats for 10 to 12 days, aged in concrete vats for 4 to 5 months, lightly filtered on earth before bottling. Ad Libitum' means true gourmandise, at will!
