Light and delicate, vinified with very little sulfur, the 2022 white Touraine Trinqu'âmes expresses all the jubilation of a very pure Sauvignon, with notes of boxwood, wisteria, and white flowers. It's beautifully fresh, with plenty of tension, a thirst-quenching fruitiness, and perfect ripeness. Drink now as an aperitif with goat's cheese or seafood. |
