A real treat! The 2022 red Ad Libitum Touraine is a perfect combination of Cabernet Franc, Gamay, and Côt. The red fruit notes, freshness, and graphite signature of the Cabernet are just right. Sober in aging, the tight palate with its particularly seductive violet and licorice flavors remains highly digestible, imbued with finesse and elegance. A red to be enjoyed over 3 or 4 years with a country terrine. A Selection Committee Favorite. |
