The 2021 white Chablis 1er Cru Vosgros displays a very nice balance for a premier cru. The nose is beautifully mature and presents the classic mineral signature of Chablis, with a fresh and slightly pastry-like profile. The palate reveals a concentrated and firm texture of great consistency, combining natural acidity, minerality and harmony. It can be enjoyed for another 6 to 7 years, with a cooked fish. Rated 93/100 by the Committee. |
