A triumph of both winemaking excellence and human passion, Maison Guigal has reached the very pinnacle of the Rhône Valley.
Undisputed icons of the region, the legendary Côtes-Rôties — La Mouline, La Landonne, and La Turque — stand as enduring symbols of this mastery.
Impeccably crafted, built for decades of aging, these are wines of immense power, depth, and rare finesse. They transcend mere tasting, offering experiences that linger far beyond the glass — true timeless treasures, firmly enshrined in the pantheon of the world’s greatest wines. |

From a single 0.9-hectare plot on the famed Côte Brune, with 7% Viognier in the blend, the 2021 Red Côte Rôtie La Turque is a wine of majestic stature. The palate is vibrant and tightly wound at this stage, yet brimming with promise. Gorgeous layers of dark berry fruit, exotic spices, and smoky, savory bacon notes unfold with precision. Always the most opulent of the trio, La Turque impresses with its remarkable depth, intensity, and lingering finish — a wine that wears its grandeur proudly. Destined for long aging, this is a bottle that will easily evolve over 20 to 30 years, if not longer. |
