Vinification Hand-harvested, a blend of 4 Côte des Blancs Grands Crus: Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Cramant and 1 Premier Cru: Vertus. Aged for nearly 15 years, including 10 years on lees in the age-old chalk pits.
