The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Louis Jadot is the undisputed leader in Burgundy, a prestigious House like few others that manages to create a wide variety of wines with the same quality and standards of excellence each year. With more than 150 years of history, a multiple of great terroirs and an unbroken passion for the vinification of great french wines, this splendid institution is still one of the region’s best, thanks to its classic yet effective winemaking style that knows how to bring out the very best of terroir and vintage.
Wine Charming, the 2014 red Chambolle-Musigny is a wine of great finesse, with a delicate and subtle register that is immediately accessible. The silky tannins and the voluptuous palate form a pleasant whole, so typical of Chambolle! The firm finish makes it possible to consider it at the table on a roasted poultry, a rib or a shank with herbs. Already irresistible!
Vinification Hand harvested, 100% de-stemmed, vinification in open vats for about 4 weeks, aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
