Wine Offering all the elegance of the Côte de Nuits, the 2017 Red Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Sentiers opens on a pure and refined nose. Notes of red fruits and flowers mingle in a delicate and elegant style. The palate is indeed superb,with delicate tannins. It is a wine to savor at once, with a sautéed veal rib. Rated 94/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, total destemming. Maceration in open wooden or stainless steel vats for 3 to 4 weeks, punching down twice a day.
Aged in oak barrels, one third of which are new, for 18 months.
