The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Louis Jadot is the undisputed leader in Burgundy, a prestigious House like few others that manages to create a wide variety of wines with the same quality and standards of excellence each year. With more than 150 years of history, a multiple of great terroirs and an unbroken passion for the vinification of great french wines, this splendid institution is still one of the region’s best, thanks to its classic yet effective winemaking style that knows how to bring out the very best of terroir and vintage.
Wine The 2017 White Beaune 1er Cru Bressandes is a very confidential wine; indeed, the young Chardonnay vines that make it up are a rarity in the appellation. Ripe and concentrated, this wine delivers delicate flavors of custard, dried fruit, almond milk, some toasty notes as well. The palate combines both richness and depth while leaving room for a beautiful vivacity that makes it a particularly attractive wine. A very slender 1er Cru, superb in terms of consistency and stature. Rated 94/100 by the Committee!
Vinification Hand harvested.
