Wine With finesse, the 2018 red Savigny-lès-Beaune unfurls beautiful notes of ripe, infused fruit, between cherry and strawberry, supported by discreet oak. The palate reveals the concentration of the vintage while remaining in a delicate, loose Pinot style, around fresh fruit; the whole is balanced and well-managed, offering a great Côte de Beaune classic to drink over 5 years.
Vinification Hand-harvested and destemmed, maceration in open wooden and stainless steel vats, extraction by punching down, aged 18 months in barrels, 30% new.
