The estate and the wine The J.-A Ferret estate is one of the most prominent and recognized winery in the Mâcon region. Compared to “the best wines of the Côtes de Beaune” by the experts of the Bettane+Desseauve guide, and rated 2 stars by the prestigious RVF wine guide, the estate produces authentic, slender and organic white wines that you will just adore! 

Older vines, low yields and smart vinification processes contribute to the exceptional quality of the wines, which have continued to progress year after year, especially since the arrival on the estate in 2008 of Audrey Braccini, a brilliant oenologist recognized for her winemaking talent and her understanding of the different terroirs.
Wine Built on purity and freshness, the 2019 White Pouilly-Fuissé offers a very clean nose, with interesting notes of chalk. The palate is intense, mineral and dense, with a lot of dynamism and finesse. The perfect companion to seafood platters and fish. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, half of the harvest is vinified in stainless steel tanks and the other half in barrels of one to four wines.
