The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A pioneer in organic viticulture since the 1980s, Jasci is a family estate located in the heart of Italy. More precisely, in the Abruzzo region, a mountainous province open to the Adriatic Sea, where the Montepulciano and Trebbiano grapes are celebrated. On 12 hectares, Donatello and Piera Jasci craft fresh and perfectly digestible wines, like this radiant red wine.
Wine The 2020 Red Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is an unusual wine with aromas of pine, thyme, and black fruits and a beautiful balance of consistent, ripe, concentrated fruit and texture. The palate is fresh and mellow, making it a wine fit for the table, ideal to pair with prime rib or leg of lamb with rosemary. A very pleasant wine to be savored without delay. Rated 92/100 by the Committee.
