The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A pioneer in organic farming since the 1980s, Jasci is a family-run estate nestled in the heart of Italy, more specifically in the Abruzzo region. This mountainous area, with its vistas of the Adriatic Sea, favors the Montepulciano and Trebbiano grape varieties.

Over their 12 hectares, Donatello and Piera Jasci dedicate themselves to crafting fresh and highly digestible wines, especially radiant reds that boast an irresistible price-enjoyment ratio.
Wine The 2021 red Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a delicate and fruity wine, characterized by aromas of black fruits, pepper, and dried herbs. It strikes a lovely balance, offering substantial, ripe, and concentrated flavors of fruit along with a fresh and meaty texture. This wine will pair perfectly with dishes like a veal chop or a pork roast with thyme. It's a very enjoyable wine, ready to be savored without delay.
Vinification Harvested by hand. Vinification with indigenous yeasts. Destemming, fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for 15 days. Aged in stainless steel and concrete vats.
