A blend of Grenache and Bourboulenc, the 2021 White Châteauneuf-du-Pape L'Intimiste offers itself with finesse, purity and balance. Notes of fennel, aniseed, and mint make up a superb nose that is both crisp and precise, with a lot of freshness. The palate is lively, incisive and delicate, testifying to a perfect maturity of the harvest. A great refined white wine, refined and crystalline, to be aged for another eight to ten years. A Selection Committee Favorite! |
