The rise of this promising star in the Loire Valley vineyard scene has been meteoric. Jonathan Pabiot began humbly with just 3 hectares, farming organically. Now, he manages 20 hectares with biodynamic certification, and has been awarded a star in the RVF Guide, thus ranking him among France's most esteemed wine producers.
This rapid ascent has been meticulously paired with a thorough attention to detail in every wine he crafts. Both precise and passionate, Jonathan produces wines of utmost care, striking a harmonious balance between tension, depth, and texture. |
