The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Wonderful artists of the Chardonnay grape variety, Jean and Sébastien Dauvissat produce absolutely delightful wines that are perfect representations of the great terroir for white wines that is Chablis. Our Selection Committee was immediately infatuated with these wines, which are focused on precision and freshness. They are bottles that will delight you for years to come, of crazy intensity, concentration and finesse.

We are unreservedly fond of this estate for the quality of its Chardonnay wines, always perfectly crafted. On the very beautiful 2018 and 2019 vintages, these 1er Cru Vaillons and Grand Cru Preuses are without a doubt some of this terroir’s best successes.
Wine The 2018 White Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is a masterpiece of finesse and delicacy. Despite its Grand Cru status, it is not overbearing. On the contrary, the nose is delicate, floral, pure and fresh, a wonderful translation of its limestone terroir. The palate is in tune, elegant, crisp and mineral. This is a wine of great potential, which will keep easily for 8 to 10 years, especially on this very good vintage. Rated 93/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested.
