With perfect aging, they offer complete enjoyment, incredible intensity, and a finely balanced concentration. |

The 2021 white Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons paints the perfect picture of Chablis, with a very pure and concentrated nose, delivering a beautiful maturity of Chardonnay and plenty of freshness with some honeyed accents. As is always the case with great stylists, the mineral character takes precedence on the aromatic palette, with a chalky sensation that lingers and is complemented by a hint of honeysuckle. The palate is invigorating, showing great energy, sumptuous balance, and supported by restrained aging. A wine to be enjoyed for more than a decade for the most patient, but it can already be savored today if decanted for at least half an hour before serving. Rated 94/100 by the Committee. |
