The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine One of the best estates of the Alsace region in France, Josmeyer produces biodynamic wines of great elegance and purity. Few estates can boast such consistency and such a reputation worldwide, as its wines are regularly acclaimed by the greatest international critics.

The French RVF Guide rightly awards the estate 2 stars, thus placing it in the cenacle of the greatest winemeries of Alsace, on a par with Boxler or Ostertag…
Wine The 2020 White Alsace Riesling Le Kottabe is of an absolute purity, with beautifully mature aromas of white fruits, peach, cardamom and burnt cream, a rather astonishing register for a Riesling, made possible thanks to a well accomplished maturity. The palate is rich, ample, generous and preserves, by its natural acidity and its subtle and controlled tension, an affirmed typicity. It is a dry Riesling, but without any austerity, which will perfectly match a gastronomic cuisine based on fish, or even sweetbreads with a creamy curry juice. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
