Born on sandy and granite terroirs, the 2021 Red Syrah IGP Collines Rhodaniennes has a ripe palate and supple, silky tannins. It is an easy and cheerful Syrah, with fresh and abundant flavors of fruit, already ready to drink. It can be decanted beforehand and served with cured meats or grilled white meat. Happiness in all seasons! |
