The estate and the wine |
In the north of Croatia, at the same latitude as Bordeaux, Slavonia benefits from ideal wine growing conditions. Located to the south of Hungary, in the inland, its well exposed hillsides and its autochthonous grape varieties are the pride of its inhabitants and give its wines their originality.
Vlado Krauthaker is one of the most famous and talented winemakers of the region; his Krauthaker estate, located in Kutjevo, produces some of the most interesting high-end wines, which accurately transcribe all the richness of their terroir. |

The 2019 white Grasevina Mitrovac Kutjevo is a distinctive white wine, with a fresh nose, marked by floral and fresh herb notes. The palate is quite full-bodied, enhanced by fine acidity and thin bitters. A perfect companion for seafood and grilled fish, it is a tonic white wine, with a strong identity, to be tasted at least once in a lifetime! Rated 92/100 by the Committee. |
