The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Located in Aÿ, the capital of Pinot Noir, The Lallier Champagne is a treasured address not to be missed. Producing only low dosage, grand cru champagnes, it has won the hearts of discerning connoisseurs and fine restaurateurs who appreciate the care and rigor put into its production.

Dominique Demarville, ex-Veuve Clicquot, is Lallier's new Chef de Caves; his arrival brings Lallier into a new media spotlight and ensures the continuity of the label's style and exacting standards. Naturally, we couldn't do without this elite House, which is now a major player in the wine world.
Wine How refined! The Committee's favorite, rated 93/100, the R.020 Lallier Brut Champagne boasts a chalky brightness, with delicate perfumes and smooth, fine bubbles. The sensation of biting into fresh fruit opens up a suave perspective, with a floral touch and above all, all through the tasting, a light, almost wadded-up aspect provided by the chardonnay, while the pinot noir offers density and a certain power. This is a champagne of total balance, a fine aperitif par excellence, or one to be reserved for fish or seafood.
Vinification Hand-harvested, from the 2020 harvest (81%) and reserve wines from 2018 and 2019 (19%), grapes from over 50 crus (Côte des Blancs, Côte de Sézanne, Montgueux, Vallée de la Marne, Montagne de Reims, Côte des Bar), aged for 3 years. Disgorged 04/2023.

Dosage 7gr/l.
