The tasting
Color Amber with tawny reflections.
Nose Powerful and expressive aromatic palette, scents of slightly smoked malt mixed with aromas of cooked apple followed by spicy scents of cinnamon and nutmeg and then bewitching accents of orange peel and roasted pineapple.
Palate Full and energetic with a saline flavor, it evokes the texture and richness of walnut oil. The finish is long and exuberant, revealing lingering aromas of precious wood.

Spirits Bellevoye Vert Triple Malt is a lightly peated whisky matured in old Calvados barrels. The nose presents aromas of candied apples slightly caramelized. The palate is ample and fresh, prolonged by a long finish, exuberant, with persistent aromas of precious wood and tobacco. To appreciate it for itself or with raw fish.
Elaboration Lightly peated. French Triple Malt, a unique blend of the three best Single Malt whiskies in France, matured in 40 year old Calvados casks. Primary maturation of 3 to 5 years in French oak barrels in each of the 3 selected distilleries, then secondary maturation in the Bellevoye winery in Charente for a few months in old Calvados casks.
