Les Bienheureux is the result of an association between the former head of the Havana Club, Alexandre Sirech, and the Bordeaux merchant Jean Moueix, and has developed an original range of phenomenally successful spirits. El Pasador de Oro "Pasion" is a blend of old Guatemalan rums that benefit from an additional aging in old cognac tuns in the Charente cellars of Les Bienheureux, and in which fresh passion fruit is infused for 10 days. The fruits are thus received, cut by hand before being infused in the rum according to a method kept secret. The result is a rum of great finesse, with a very sweet alcohol, carried by an exotic and pastry nose, and a powerful, tense and long palate, which stretches in a great persistence. A discovery! |
