Nose Notes of very ripe banana, pear, a touch of blond caramel and vanilla.
Palate Delightful and delicious, this wine offers a nice balance between sugar and freshness.

Food Aperitif for real gourmands, simple toasts of foie gras, at the table with a fine apple pie, a baked apple avoiding spices, excess sugar and not neglecting butter, with certain cheeses such as Bleu de Bresse, Fourme d'Ambert on toast.

This wonderful winemaker tirelessly explores the potential of his terroirs, which are organically grown, offering skillfully crafted wines where the Chenin grape shines.

Wine Roundness, balance and deliciousness: the 2018 Sweet white Vouvray is a little marvel of balance between sugar and freshness. Already very pleasant, it is a great wine that will reveal its full potential in a few years. Perfect with a marbled pastry, a sweet and salty dish or a poultry with a delicately spiced cream.
Vinification Hand-harvested, traditionally grown, aged for about 7 months in 300L old oak barrels.
