The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine At first, his English importer (also importer of Romanée Conti, Rayas...) wanted to make an easy, friendly wine... Gérard Gauby soon unveiled the Fenouillèdes terroir, and Domaine Le Soula became one of the region's must-visit addresses!

Trained at the finest estates in South Africa and the United States, Wendy Wilson took over the reins of the estate team in 2016 and its 22 hectares of vines, which have been farmed organically since the beginning, and biodynamically since 2008.
Wine The 2015 red Soula offers a delicate, powdery floral bouquet from the outset, with notes of pink berries on aeration, complementing the candied black fruit, spice and roasted notes brought on by ageing. We appreciate its concentrated, ripe texture, with the note of ageing present to support the fruit in an elegant, gourmet way. The clean, long finish releases flavors of juniper berries and sandalwood.
Vinification Hand harvested. Aged for 22 months in foudre (36%), demi muids and barriques (55%) and stainless steel vats (9%).

Certified organic and biodynamic.
