An undeniable success of the vintage, the 2022 Red Côte de Brouilly Cuvée Loïs opens with a broad bouquet of red fruits and a perfectly integrated woody note, showcasing a concentrated and ripe profile true to the vintage. The palate is both fresh and fleshy, with present tannins hinting at great aging potential. This is a high-fashion Gamay with impressive stature! It deserves further bottle aging or can be decanted before serving with veal or beef. Highly promising, this wine already ranks among the best expressions of Beaujolais. Rated 96-98/100 by the Selection Committee. |
