The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Located in the heart of the Grands Crus, in Tours-sur-Marne, Champagne Lamiable has long been forging magnificent champagnes in a very pure style. Qualified as excellent by Robert Parker, this beautiful house is a wisely guarded den for lovers of fine and masterful champagnes.
Wine With a dominant of pinot noir, backed by 40% of reserve wines, the Champagne Grand Cru Terre d'Étoiles Grande Réserve is a subtle and powerful champagne. Its notes of red fruits, its pastry touch, its finish with accents of plum and quince make it irresistible. A very fresh and energetic champagne perfect to pair with an aperitif. It is one of the most attractive price-pleasure ratios of the moment, we just love it!
Vinification Hand harvested, main base of the 2017 harvest, 40% reserve wines, alcoholic fermentation in enamel and stainless steel tanks, aging in bottles on lees for 3 years.
Sugar content at disgorgement: 7.9 g/l.
