Waterford Irish Single Malt Whisky Organic Gaia 1.1 is a very complex whisky with a concentrated aroma that releases notes of ripe fruit (pear, mirabelle plum), spearmint and beeswax on aeration and gives a very pleasant sensation of maturity and freshness. Ample and rich, with the same vanilla and herbaceous trail as on the nose, the palate attack proudly claims its young age.
