The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine The Estate is a family affair. In 2005 Pierre and Monique are joined by their son, Pierre-Marie. Here, each "terroir" undergoes very special vinification and gives the Melon de Bourgogne, the only grape variety, its nobility. Certainly one of the best estates in the region!
Wine Pierres Blanches is a wine from a specific Domaine Luneau-Papin parcel of vines. It brings out the typical mineral characteristics of the Muscadet in a big way. Taut and chiseled on the palate, the wine is shot through with citrus peel notes. This wine is above all an invigorating breath of fresh air. This blast of saline freshness will enhance any seafood or fish dish. Its mineral breath will give them the perfect lift.
Vinification Hand harvested, pneumatic pressing, thermo-regulated vinification at 20°C, fermentation for 4 weeks using natural yeasts, vinification and aging on the lees for 9 months until bottling.
