A leading force in the Loire Valley region, with two stars in the RVF Guide, the Luneau-Papin family excels in producing long-aging Muscadet wines that are both delicate and precise and that rival the greatest references in the Loire Valley in terms of freshness and intensity. Here, wine is a family affair, and rigor and detail are passed on to each generation.
Nowadays, Pierre-Marie and Marie Luneau are wisely emancipating themselves and creating their own range of wines with the same high standards and the same attributes as the wines of their father's estate, in biodynamic viticulture; the wines are vinified on the spot, in keeping with the same philosophy of straightforward flavors and an elegant style that remains pure and precise. |

The 2022 Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Cyan wine has a beautiful chalky intensity and generosity. Its purity, perfumes of yellow fruits, and flowers, delicate honey, and nice freshness are all present in a full and smooth white wine with a sharp saline finish. A very nice wine to be reserved with gougères, cheeses, or shellfish. |
