The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine The flagship of the Minervois region, Le Loup Blanc creates exciting wines with a great deal of enthusiasm. Finding such a price-pleasure equation is a challenge, fortunately fully met by the quartet of winemakers who manage this estate in the heart of the Montagne Noire.
Wine A blend of Cabernet and Syrah, the 2021 Red Soif Pays d'Oc IGP is a delight of a wine, filled with pure and elegant aromas of fruit and flavors of strawberry, raspberry and rose. It is a minimally extracted, finely crafted, easy-drinking wine that will satisfy most people, especially at this price! The ultimate aperitif wine, and one of Olivier Poussier's favorite.
Vinification Hand harvested, aged for 6 months in concrete tanks.
