Wine A wine full of fruity aromas and energy, the 2018 Red Haut-Medoc de Maucaillou is a pleasure to drink. It is a perfect example of Bordeaux classicism, evolving between flavors of ripe fruit, smooth tannins, restrained power and a long finish. A universal red wine that will please everyone.
Vinification Hand harvested up to 20% and 80% mechanically then sorted manually in the cellar. Traditional and separate vinification for each grape variety in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Maturation in barrels of 40% new, 40% of one wine and 20% of two wines.
