With a deep understanding of their vineyard plots, the couple quickly demonstrated their exceptional talent. Today, their estate is celebrated for producing delicate, complex wines with refined textures and remarkable aging potential, solidifying its status as a flagship of the region.
Wine From this perfectly preserved and now mature vintage, the 2014 red Terrasses du Larzac Les Combariolles encapsulates the excellence of its terroir, sourced from meticulously selected limestone gravel plots. Notable for its silky tannins, superb persistence, and overall sensuality, this wine is a true reflection of the year's freshness, with a notable proportion of Syrah (50%) blended with Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Grenache. In Magnum format, it can be enjoyed for another 7 years or more by enthusiasts. Rated 95/100 by Bettane+Desseauve.
Vinification Hand harvested. Matured by plot-based wine for 12 months in demi-muids and oval tuns, then blended and aged for a further 7 months in stainless steel vats.
