The estate and the wine |
The name Chapoutier has been known in the Rhône Valley since 1808. Seven generations later, we find Michel, in his forties and passionate about "the expression of the soil", at the head of these exceptional vineyards, steeped in history and tradition. Today Chapoutier is one of the most important Houses in the Rhône Valley. |

St Joseph Descants 2008 is an ethereal wine, which expresses a great deal of softness. Very fine, its lovely fruit rounds off its deliciousness. This beautiful bottle offers all the identity of a wine from the Rhône Valley without any of the excess tannin. Tasty in every way! |
