The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Leader of the biodynamic movement in viticulture, Michel Chapoutier is one of the greatest winemakers of all times. A true craftsman, he creates great wines that represent the best qualities of their appellation.

In particular on the Hermitage terroir, his favorite part of the region, where he makes anthology parcel wines. These terroir wines, produced biodynamically, are the height of complexity and refinement. Crafted to perfection, they have few equivalents.

They are, of course, produced in very limited quantities. These sought-after wines are rarely accessible... Today, we are honored to present to you the complete range of Chapoutier's parcel based wines in an exceptional vintage, at an "en-primeur" price! An offer unheard of everywhere else!
Wine Of incredible depth, the 2018 White Ermitage De L'Orée sails between aromas of juicy pear, nectarine and melon, with a touch of oak. These wildly voluptuous flavors are embedded in a full and generous palate, a perfect combination of richness and tension. A wine of great definition, freshness and above all enormous potential. Rated 96-98/100 by Parker.
Vinification Hand harvested, 50% of the wine is vinified in demi-muids, with regular stirring of the lees, then in vats for the rest of the harvest. Aged on lees for 6 months and then 4 more months before bottling. Organic and Biodynamic wine, certified by Demeter.
