Leader of the biodynamic movement in viticulture, Michel Chapoutier is one of the greatest winemakers of all times. A true craftsman, he creates great wines that represent the best qualities of their appellation. Each terroir and parcel is selected for its unique properties, especially in the Roussillon region, where he creates wines of incredible stature under the Domaine de Bila-Haut name.
With the same talent applied to his more famous work, he blends Mediterranean grape varieties to perfection, crafting wines of pure delicacy and class. It will leave no one indifferent!

The 2018 L’Esquerda Côtes du Roussillon Villages is yet another success. Parker praises it for its strong potential, not fully deployed to date. But we can already see the promise of a wine of great stature, with a strong temperament carried by aromas of ripe and intense fruits such as black berries, a fiery texture powered by strong tannins and a long finish. A wine that will continue to complexify and that is amongst our best-sellers already! Rated 90-93/100 by Parker. |
