Leader of the biodynamic movement in viticulture, Michel Chapoutier is one of the greatest winemakers of all time. A true craftsman, he creates great wines that represent the best qualities of their appellation.

Particularly on the Hermitage terroir, his favorite part of the region, where he makes anthology parcel wines. These terroir wines, produced biodynamically, are the height of complexity and refinement. Crafted to perfection, they have few equivalents.
Wine With an impressive tannic structure, the 2019 Red Ermitage Le Pavillon unfolds a phenomenal depth that will fully develop over the next few years. It is a masterpiece of structure and perfume, which will develop admirably with time. A great wine of time and emotion. Rated 98+/100 by Parker.
Vinification Hand harvested, 100% de-stemmed and vinified in concrete tanks, aged from 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
