Leader of the biodynamic movement in viticulture, Michel Chapoutier is one of the greatest winemakers of all time. A true craftsman, he creates great wines that represent the best qualities of their appellation.

Particularly on the Hermitage terroir, his favorite part of the region, where he makes anthology parcel wines. These terroir wines, produced biodynamically, are the height of complexity and refinement. Crafted to perfection, they have few equivalents.

Vinification Hand harvested, vinification in barrels between 18 and 20°C. Aged on lees with regular stirring for 1 to 12 months.
