The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Michel Chapoutier, a true icon of the Rhône Valley, has assembled a phenomenal collection of crus. His remarkable winemaking talent and intimate knowledge of the land allow him to uncover the region’s finest terroirs like no one else.

Year after year, his wines deliver some of the most refined and authentic expressions of their appellations.
Wine Once again, the 2020 Saint-Joseph Les Granits White ranks among the finest successes of the vintage. Made from pure Marsanne, fermented and aged in oak barrels, and sourced from the renowned Saint-Joseph lieu-dit, it offers a broad, savoury texture wrapped in delicate aromas of white fruits, fine honey, and citrus. With impressive length and persistence, it’s often compared to a "baby Hermitage" — a wine that can be enjoyed young or confidently cellared for at least a decade. Awarded 93/100 by Robert Parker.
Vinification Hand harvested. Whole grape pressing. Settling for 24 to 48 hours. Half fermented in vats and half in demi-muids. Aged on lees for 8 to 10 months, with stirring. Blend of the two parts before bottling.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine.
