Blended from grenache blanc and vermentino, the 2019 white Côtes du Roussillon Occultum Lapidem combines fine flinty notes from the shale with a very pure floral touch. It is a fresh, concentrated ensemble, with a structure that unfolds with delicacy and persistence, perfectly ripe. This white wine will be perfectly suited for an aperitif with tapas or at the table with grilled fish. |
