Domaine Schieferkopf, his new gem, showcases the untapped potential of both Alsatian and German soils. Since taking it under his wing in 2015, he has skillfully cultivated it using organic practices. Nestled on Alsace's unique blue schist vein, this Riesling thrives under abundant sunshine, benefiting from a diverse and complex soil composition. |
