A blend of different parcels from the north to the south of the appellation, the 2022 red Saint-Joseph Deschants is a beautiful example of its terroir, delivering floral and fruity notes in a supple, pleasant style. A fresh, pleasant, medium-bodied structure, best served with stewed meat or rabbit. |

Hand-harvested, vinified for 3 to 4 weeks in open concrete vats with one or two pump-overs per day. Aged for 12 to 18 months, mainly in vats and partly in oak barrels. |
