From a 3-hectare plot on very rocky soils, the 2022 white Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos expresses remarkable consistency thanks to its dense white clay terroirs. This high-class Chardonnay, aged with minimal intervention and less than 5% new oak, delivers pure fruit with a strong mineral character, complemented by great depth and exquisite finesse. A quintessential Burgundy to discover and enjoy in three to four years, especially with cooked fish dishes. |
